Wow! What a show this was! The design inspiration for Ian Stuart's 2011 bridal collection comes from Queen Elizabeth 1st, Debbie Harry and Les Folies Bergere. A mix of luxurious fabrics including silk taffeta, printed silk organza, taffetas metal, brocade and silk chiffon portray his signature style. Detachable items, crochet lace, oversized skirts and elaborate embellishments are key. Once again, I was honoured to provide the backstage and catwalk photography for the show at the Saatchi Gallery in London on 23rd - 24th May 2010.

Once again, I was down at the Vinopolis in London this week to photograph Ian Stuart's 2010 'Paramount' bridal collection catwalk show. The turn out was unbelievable, as buyers gathered in admiration of his latest showcase of bridal gown designs.

In March 2008 Ian Stuart was honoured to receive the prestigious award of 'Outstanding Contribution to the Industry' at the Bridal Buyer Awards, after receiving the 'Bridal Designer of the Year' award four years in succession. The Bridal Buyer Magazine award recognises the contribution and difference Ian Stuart has made to the British bridal industry. Acknowledging the fact he has been responsible for driving it to new heights; supporting Ian Stuart's innovative approach to design, marketing campaigns and support of the bridal industry.
