Martin Crean at MODE Hair not only achieved finalist status at the British Hair Awards last year, but also secured his second front cover in 2 months with the same image from the new collection 'Alpha-Female'! Perfect Hair Magazine have snapped it up for the January 2013 issue! Looks like 2013 is going to be a big one for Martin! Great stuff...

On a recent shoot working with Umberto Giannini for HAIR Magazine, we shot a hair / fashion story called 'Winter White'. To our delight, one of the images has been placed on the cover for December 2012!
The styling and make-up worked out amazingly, thanks to make-up artist Maddie Austin and stylist Shay McCarthy-Symes. Maddie also has an interview in the magazine, as the editor comes 'backstage' to find out how she created the make-up looks. All in all, we had a fun day and came away with a great little collection for the Christmas period.

It's great to see the success of the images I shot for The Fellowship for British Hairdressing - Project X team last year. A new year has been kick-started with a front cover for January 2012's Perfect Hair magazine. Art direction by Zoe Irwin, Make-up by Sally Crouch and Styling by Bernard Connolly.
